mexico is inundated and overrun with street animals. Unlike the united states and other countries, there is little to no government funding for rescue programs. Most rescues in mexico are run by well intentioned and over-extended citizens and residents.

The only hope for continuing to be able to support rescue efforts is through the generosity of others.
